Company history

The Company was incorporated in 2022 under the name Kyprianos Christodoulides Ltd and commenced operations as a supplier of formwork and falsework solutions to the construction industry.

The Company is an authorised distributor of ULMA, offering a comprehensive range of ULMA products, including wall formwork, slab formwork, access scaffolding and falsework systems. The Company’s management has extensive experience in major building and civil engineering projects.

From 2023 onwards, the Company expanded its product offering to include mobile aluminum working platforms, plywood, construction timber and a range of formwork-related consumable materials sourced from reputable suppliers.

Building on its convenient central location in Nicosia and its dedicated, easily accessible loading area, the Company decided in late 2026 to further diversify its operations by expanding its product range to include DIY products. As part of this continued development, the Company adopted KAPA-X as its trading name in 2026, to establish a distinctive and recognisable presence in the market.
